3月13日、麻布台ヒルズに、アマングループの『ジャヌ』ブランド世界初となるホテル「ジャヌ東京」がオープンしました。
オリジナルブレンドの作成からメニュー開発、バリスタのトレーニングなど、コーヒーの監修をさせていただきました。
スタッフの方々がとても熱心で、あたたかく、素晴らしいスタートとなりました。

On March 13th, "Janu Tokyo", the world's first hotel under the Aman Group's 'Janu' brand, opened in Azabudai Hills.
We supervised the coffee, from creating original blends to developing menus and training baristas.
