アニヴェルセル 表参道
2023年9月に、開業25周年を迎え【記念日の館】としてリニューアルオープンした「アニヴェルセル 表参道」。石谷貴之がバリスタとして長く勤務した表参道の定番カフェ「アニヴェルセルカフェ」に加えて、こだわり抜いたコーヒーに特化した「COFFEE STAND」が登場。メニュー開発、「小川珈琲」の焙煎によるオリジナルブレンドの作成、サービスオペレーション構築などを監修しました。
