17年前、バリスタとしてのキャリアをスタートした、アニヴェルセル 表参道。
リニューアルのタイミングでコーヒーの監修のお話をいただき、再びオープンします。
自分が育ったこの場所に、このような形で戻ってこれたことはバリスタという仕事を続けてきて良かったなと改めて思える瞬間でした。

17 years ago, I started my career as a barista at Anniversaire Omotesando.
I was offered the opportunity to supervise the coffee at the time of its renewal, and it will reopen again.
Being able to return to this place where I grew up in this way made me realize once again that I am glad I continued my work as a barista.

Hace 17 años, comencé mi carrera como barista en Anniversaire Omotesando.
Me ofrecieron la oportunidad de supervisar el café en el momento de su renovación, y reabrirá nuevamente.
Poder regresar a este lugar donde crecí de esta manera me hizo darme cuenta una vez más de que estoy feliz de haber continuado mi trabajo como barista.
